This is a 200 page textbook that organizes and represents the collection of data gathered by CU Boulder. It was designed in a duration of five weeks.
It contains information about the alleged viewings of UFOs in the United States.
When I began my ideation, I made a decision, I wanted to avoid making direct references to Popular Alien Media. I didn’t want to use Neon Green, Big Eyes, or any other goofy media references. That was my jumping off point.
Believer Culture has an heir of hysteria around it so I wanted to incorporate references to blinds throughout my designs. This pushed me to create a strong horizontal grid throughout my book.
